FAQ: Are you able to work in the Fairmont, Four Seasons or any hotel in town?
Yes! The hotels welcome us with open arms. We are at the request of their guests and they aim to cater to their guests.
FAQ: Are you an RMT?
Yes! I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists British Columbia. That means we are held in high educational standards and you can claim your massage session with your extended health insurance.
FAQ: Are you okay with dogs or cats in the room/house?
Yes for sure. I love animals.
FAQ: Do you work with any other Registered Massage Therapists so that we can book in two massages at the same time or large group massages?
With enough notice, I am usually able to find a second Registered Massage Therapist. For all couples or group massages, please email email@example.com with how many massages you’re looking for, if anyone has a male or female therapist preference and your preferred date and start times.
FAQ: Are same day appointments available?
Very rarely. I book up about two weeks in advance and over holiday weekends, it can be up to a month or so in advance. I highly recommend booking your massage as soon as you know you may want one to secure your preferred date and time.
FAQ: Do you bring a massage table to the treatment?
Yes I provide everything needed for you massage. Massage table, sheets, blankets, heating pads, oils, and music. If you are pregnant, I will also bring pregnancy pillows that allow you to lay comfortably and safely on your stomach.
FAQ: I’m booking a back to back 60 or 90 minute massage but I don’t see anywhere to put my partners name and set up their appointment.
No problem. Just email your partners name and their email address and I will put them into the Jane booking software manually so that they can fill out their profile with the health history questionnaire, all online before the treatment.
